Public Land Hunts-New Mexico Elk, Antelope, and Deer
We at JFWRC empathize with your need to obtain a quality service for your hard earned dollar. We have developed a new program that will attempt to meet your need and desire.
In the past we have structured elk hunts in the best timeframe to hunt them. Typically, we had clients apply for early elk hunts in the Gila, Valle Vidal, and other quality hunt areas. Odds of draw in these units at these time frames are low. We still believe this is the way to go, but, we can also put hunters in for later season hunts where odds of draw are better.
We are now offering hunts where you, the client, set the parameters of the hunt. On most outfitted hunts, it’s the outfitter who reaps the largest percentage of the hunter dollar for services provided. We believe it’s the guide who deserves the credit for services provided. JFWRC will now provide the expertise in the details of the draw and obtain all necessary Federal and State permits as required by law. You, the client, will set the details and requirements of the hunt with the guide and he will be the person who will work specifically for your hard earned dollar. This service will range from a guided only to a fully outfitted hunt.
As the cost of hunting continues to rise, we at JFWRC believe this structure will better suit the needs of the hunter. We believe the relationship between the guide and client is paramount. The guide is responsible for your safety, fun, and hopefully your success. We believe your success is better served by the person who really works for you. We require the client and guide to talk before we get the details worked out. We want compatibility is hunt style. Communication between the parties prior to booking is paramount.
REMEMBER, EVEN THOUGH ITS GETTING HARDER EVERY YEAR TO DRAW, IF YOU DON’T APPLY, YOU CAN’T WIN!!!
