There are B&C Bucks in this Unit! As you will note by looking at our website, we at JFWRC like to hunt antelope. Well, we have a spot that has gotten better and better over the years for good quality antelope bucks. This is a draw hunt and takes place in middle August in northern New Mexico’s high elevation unit 52. This is home to one of NM’s best elk herds, big buck mule deer, and NM’s famed pronghorn. These bucks are found on the rolling hills next to San Antonio Mountain, on San Antonio Mountain, and even in the aspen and ponderosa meadows of this beautiful unit. This is muzzle loader hunting at its best. Hunters can opt to stay in comfortable motels in Antonito and dine at local restaurants in Antonito, Monte Vista, or Taos or camp and enjoy the outdoors. We will customize this hunt to meet your desires. Shots at these bucks will be long. Bring a modern inline with scope and let’s go hunt. This is a draw hunt. With my outfitter number, your odds in the 2007 draw were approximately 34%. There are 18 NR-guided licenses available. There were 53 applicants in the first choice category. The cost for this hunt will vary based on the customization of the hunt itself. THE HUNT IS 4 DAYS. The minimum fee would be $1,850 each where we provide expert 2x1 guiding and lunch during the day. 1x1 guiding would be $2,250 each. The hunter would provide t ransport to and from his or her location to the hunt area, their accommodations, weaponry, and state license. FULLY OUTFITTED HUNTS ARE AVAILABLE AS WELL. THIS FEE IS NEGOTIABLE BASED ON THE NUMBER OF LUCKY HUNTERS. The state license fee is $285 and includes the habitat stamp and access fees charged by the state. This hunt is a blast!!! Bring a fishing pole. If you luck out and get your buck, great fishing is just a cast a way.

CHRIS FLANAGAN & COMPANY PRESENTS
Chris and Jared have attained access to two different ranches to hunt Barbary Sheep or what they refer to as “The Poor Man’s Bighorn”. These prime hunting ranches are 10,000 and 55,000 acres of private land, respectively. Above average numbers of Barbary Sheep can be

found on these particular ranches with exceptional trophies between 27" to 30" available. Hunting is done by utilizing spot and stalk method. The terrain is extremely rough and these are physically demanding hunts that will require lots of hiking. Both ranches are located west of Roswell, New Mexico. Hunters can opt to stay in comfortable hotels and dine at local restaurants in Roswell, or camp on the ranch “A”. At ranch “B” hunters will stay in a comfortable ranch house and be served meals at the ranch. Barbary Sheep tags can be purchased over the counter. Hunters can either fly to Albuquerque NM or Lubbock TX, and arrive in Roswell following a 2.5 hour drive. You may also plan flights all the way to Roswell, where you will be met by the outfitter. Barbary Sheep hunts are offered semi-guided for $1800 + Out-of-State License ($360) or fully guided for $2650 + Out-of-State License ($360). Hunts take place in February and will be three days in length. Additional days may be added for $250 per day, per hunter. We are offering nine Barbary Sheep hunts for 2007. We also offer rifle Mule Deer hunts in November and bow Mule Deer hunts in January. Information available by phone or email
